To become an architect the subjects of 11th & 12th grade play a vital role. We would recommend you to take PCM ( Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics ) for 11th & 12th, As it is compulsory to pursue PCM in11th and 12th grade.
Eligibility Criteria for B.Arch :
You must be qualified in the aptitude test in Architecture ( NATA or equivalent ) after which you'll be eligible for admission in B.arch.
You must obtain 50% of aggregate in physics, chemistry, mathematics, and in your overall 10+2 level also.

National Architecture Aptitude Test (NATA)
JEE Advanced Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT)
JEE Main Paper II
If you are willing to join any IITs or NITs the colleges which accept JEE scores, in that case, you will also have to appear for JEE Main or JEE Advance, If not NATA score is enough for getting admission in B.Arch
